While hosting with Grinhost, the first rule to follow is to use your common sense. You do not want to get in trouble with the law, and neither do we. So do not do anything which might be unlawful, even if we do not mention it explicitly.

Do not host warez or any other software to which you do not hold copyright. You may not host copyrighted music or video. If you host music/video files, take prior permission. Do not run IRC scripts or streaming video as they utilize too much network connection and hinder our ability to provide free quality web hosting.

Our servers have a 99.9%+ uptime and we will try to keep this record, however we cannot be held responsible for any loss of customers or revenue due to server downtime.

Spamming on forums is taken very seriously. Decent, reasonable human beings frequent our forum. So communicate in a language which most of English speaking people can understand. If most of your posts consist of a smiley, we will mark you a spammer and you maybe banned from our forums.

If you are found violating the TOS, your account may be suspended and all data contained within deleted. However, before taking any action we will give you a chance to explain. As we mentioned, we will keep common sense as the judge before taking any action against you.
